The Hunza people are well known for their longevity. How old you say?
Well, many are known for being anywhere between 120 and 140 years old.
Unfortunately their exact ages aren’t documented. The way they determine age is by events that happened near the time of birth.
The Hunza’s are located in northern Pakistan in a valley surrounded by the Himalayan mountains.

How can you lose weight by drinking water?
First we all need to understand that our bodies need to continually replenish the water it uses.

When our bodies are dehydrated our metabolism slows down causing fatigue. This is the biggest culprit for daytime fatigue. As most people know, a slow metabolism means that the body can’t burn off those extra calories.

The downside with UV light protection is that the light reflects off of a metal surface that acts much like a mirror. If that metal surface becomes dirty it can limit the effectiveness and you won’t even know it. It is better to get a filter with antibacterial properties.

It’s no secret that the water that comes from our taps is not good for you but how unhealthy is it? Most people don’t realize that the EPA has a warning that is now put on most if not all municipal water reports. It says:
“Some people may be more vulnerable to contaminants in drinking water than the general population. According to a recent New York Times article it’s being overlooked. The title of the article is “Clean Water Laws Are Neglected, At a Cost in Suffering”
The Clean Water Act was passed nearly 4 decades ago to make corporations disclose the pollutants they are putting into the waterways and also a way to fine or jail the pollutors. Many states have also passed their own laws. Unfortunately no one is being punished.
One of the people interviewed has such problems with their tap water that they can’t even touch it without breaking out into rashes. It is so polluted with heavy metals that it is causing severe health problems.
This isn’t from a well either. It is a municipal water supply. Here’s where it gets interesting. According to the laws, companies are required to disclose that they are pumping illegal concentrations of contaminants into the ground. While we all know that MOST companies will NOT report it some do. The problem is that state regulators rarely punish those that do.
The article goes on to say that in the past 5 years alone chemical plants, manufacturing plants and other workplaces have violated pollution laws more than a half a million times. That’s just in the past 5 years! These concentrations can contribute to cancer, birth defects and other illnesses.
The EPA can come in an punish companies but when the state does nothing about it the EPA doesn’t typically intervene.
How bad is it? They estimate that 1 in 10 Americans have been exposed to dangerous chemicals or either fails to meet health benchmarks. Now we know why they are putting warning labels on municipal water reports.

Surprisingly there are still many people who don’t think that drinking alkaline water is beneficial to you. The benefits have been known for decades in Japan and South Korea where water ionizers were created but here in the states some people even call it snake oil.
The reason for this is they simply believe that the body will adjust it’s own ph. Yet simple science will tell you that in order to adjust the ph you have to add other ingredients to change it. If you add acidic ingredients then you will have acids. If you want alkaline then you need alkaline ingredients. It’s really simple.

Before I get into the reviews of water ionizers by make and model I wanted to give you some independent laboratory testing results for the top manufacturers of water ionizers. They are Jupiter, KYK, Tyent, Life and Enagic.
Each was tested under strict water testing guidelines by a EPA certified testing laboratory, NOT someone in their kitchen or bathroom doing the tests.
The video goes through the testing process and shows you the results on the screen.
There are a lot of reviews about water ionizers on the internet. The problem with them is that most people can’t tell if they are real or just someone trying to sell a water ionizer.
Many of the reviews that one can find are completed by someone working for the company and their product comes in as the best one (of course).
