Why are we so fatigued throughout the day? Everyone wants more energy so how come we aren’t getting it? Aren’t those energy drinks and large coffee’s doing anything?
The answer is NO! The so-called energy boosters that are loaded with caffeine and sugar do nothing more than give a quick burst of energy followed by a major crash! They are false energy and yet people continue to spends hundreds and thousands of dollars on this stuff each year.
There’s an old saying, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting to produce a different result. So why are we continually doing the same thing over and over. I need to wake up so I’ll drink a coffee. I’m so tired so I’ll drink a soda or energy drink. It helps in the moment but it continues this cycle of insanity.
The reason why they don’t work is because sugar does not create energy. It robs us of our energy. It gives us a quick burst because our body is trying to get it through our body quickly to eliminate it. The body speeds up to get rid of it. You are then left with less energy and looking for another fix.
Dr. Robert Young, author of The PH Miracle is an amazing microbiologist. He states that that people do not live on protein, carbs, fats or calories. We live on energy. Are the foods we eat giving us energy or taking it away? How about what we drink? He proves that sugar does NOT give us energy.
Dr. Young created a great video explaining this. He will show you just what you drink does to you and what you should be drinking. Alkaline water.
I don’t know what ionizer he uses to create his PH Miracle Water that you see in his experiment. I assume it is an industrial size ionizer but Dr. Young has stated many times that he uses and endorses the Jupiter Melody ionizer and has one in every kitchen and guest house at his retreat.

It’s no secret that the water that comes from our taps is not good for you but how unhealthy is it? Most people don’t realize that the EPA has a warning that is now put on most if not all municipal water reports. It says:
“Some people may be more vulnerable to contaminants in drinking water than the general population. Immune-compromised persons such as persons with cancer undergoing chemotherapy, persons who have undergone organ transplants, people with HIV/AIDS or other immune system disorders, some elderly, and infants can be particularly at risk from infections. This population should seek advice about drinking water from their health providers.”
According to a recent New York Times article it’s being overlooked. The title of the article is “Clean Water Laws Are Neglected, At a Cost in Suffering”
The Clean Water Act was passed nearly 4 decades ago to make corporations disclose the pollutants they are putting into the waterways and also a way to fine or jail the pollutors. Many states have also passed their own laws. Unfortunately no one is being punished.
One of the people interviewed has such problems with their tap water that they can’t even touch it without breaking out into rashes. It is so polluted with heavy metals that it is causing severe health problems.
This isn’t from a well either. It is a municipal water supply. Here’s where it gets interesting. According to the laws, companies are required to disclose that they are pumping illegal concentrations of contaminants into the ground. While we all know that MOST companies will NOT report it some do. The problem is that state regulators rarely punish those that do.
The article goes on to say that in the past 5 years alone chemical plants, manufacturing plants and other workplaces have violated pollution laws more than a half a million times. That’s just in the past 5 years! These concentrations can contribute to cancer, birth defects and other illnesses.
The EPA can come in an punish companies but when the state does nothing about it the EPA doesn’t typically intervene.
How bad is it? They estimate that 1 in 10 Americans have been exposed to dangerous chemicals or either fails to meet health benchmarks. Now we know why they are putting warning labels on municipal water reports.
You can read the story here and also find out who the polluters are in your area. What is surprising is that many of the violators are the municipal water treatment plants. They are supposed to be treating the water and they are violating the laws too!
So how can you protect your family from heavy metals and other dangerous contaminants in your water? Simple.
First, stop drinking tap water without filtering it first. Get a quality water filtration system. Cheap filtration systems basically filter out some of the chlorine making it taste better but it doesn’t remove the finer contaminants.
Your best option is to get a water ionizer. They have not only some of the best filtering you can get but drinking healthy alkaline water from a water ionizer will also neutralize toxins that are already inside your body. I have reviewed the KYK Genesis and the Jupiter Melody and will be writing about the Tyent and Life ionizers this week.
Next, get a shower water filter. It is easy to attach and cost anywhere from $50-$80. It will do so much good for your skin and your lungs. Dr. John Andelman, PhD. of Bottom Line said “A long hot shower can be dangerous. The toxic chemicals are inhaled in high concentrations.”
Until the federal, state and local governments can provide safe and healthy water you really need to protect yourself from these toxins. The small investment in providing safe and healthy water can be offset by feeling better and lower healthcare costs.

The Jupiter Melody is the most popular water ionizer in the world. It was first introduced in 2005 and it was redesigned and improved in 2007.
The Melody comes highly recommended by many of the top experts including Dr. Ted Baroody author of “Alkalize or Die”, Sang Whang author of “Reverse Aging” and Dr. Robert Young author of “The PH Miracle”. Dr. Young is probably the most sought after expert when it comes to reversing disease and living a truly healthy life with an alkaline diet. Here is a quote from Dr. Robert Young regarding the Melody.
“Having studied water for decades, I have become convinced that the IonLife organization creates the best products on the market from several standpoints: water quality, price, system durability, and customer relations. At the pH Miracle Center, one can find a Jupiter Melody water ionizer in every kitchen and guest house. We provide healthy water for family, guests, employees, farm hands, and visitors.”

This says alot about the Melody in itself. So what is it about the Melody that makes it so popular? The first is quality. Jupiter has been around since 1970, longer than any other ionizer company. They are the largest manufacturer of ionizers in the world. With a return rate of less than 2% their customers are very happy with their products. Jupiter manufacturers their ionizers from the ground up. They also supply them to Samsung, LG, Hyundai and Toyo Industries (parent company and manufacturer of Enagic ionizers).
In an independent 3rd party study The Melody scored extremely well. Using standard tap water the Melody tested a ph of 10.47 and a ORP of -637.1. When using reverse osmosis water the Melody had a ph of 10.53 and a ORP of -811.3. The higher the -ORP means there are more antioxidant properties found in the water. Any good water ionizer will have a ph of 9.5 and ORP of -300+.
The Melody provides the following features and benefits:
* LCD display tells you the ph, filter life, ph change, hot water indicator and low flow rate
* 9 stage Biostone filtration down to 0.01 micron - 0.01 micron is the same level used for dialysis
* 4 alkaline settings, 4 acidic settings and 1 pure (non-ionized) setting
* Water on demand - you don’t have to wait for the unit to clean itself to get your water
* 5 year warranty
* Low cost $89 replacement filter - should be replaced after 1000 gallons of water used
*5 Platinum-Titanium plates with an estimated 20 year plate life (estimate by Japanese University Technology)
* Simple installation - can be attached to faucet with inverter or under the sink
* Plates are cleaned with every use so they remain clean from mineral buildup allowing the unit to continue to produce high alkaline water with a high -ORP. This is a huge benefit compared to some other brands that do not clean after each use. Mineral buildup can cause the unit to not perform as it should.
So let’s break down the cost of this unit. The Melody sells for $1395 with replacement filters costing $89 (this is for the .01 micron filter. You can opt to buy the .1 micron filter for $59). Your first 1000 gallons will cost you about $1.40 per gallon. This is about the price of a liter of water at your grocery or convenience store. Now if you order the 0.01 micron replacement filter for $89, your next 1000 gallons will only cost you $.089 per gallon. Getting cheap and healthy water is closer than you think.
The Jupiter Melody is a great buy for anyone who wants to have great testing, healthy water. To learn more about the Jupiter Melody click here.
I’ve included a short video giving you a quick tour of the Melody.

There are a lot of reviews about water ionizers on the internet. The problem with them is that most people can’t tell if they are real or just someone trying to sell a water ionizer.
Many of the reviews that one can find are completed by someone working for the company and their product comes in as the best one (of course).
So how can you judge a water ionizer and if the information is real? Simple.
Over the next few days to a week I am going to provide some reviews based on initial cost, long term costs, ratings and reviews by people who have purchased one.
I’ll even provide results from independent 3rd party testing. The tests were completed by an EPA certified environmental testing laboratory. The tests were done in accordance with strict scientific guidelines to ensure that each water ionizer was tested in exactly the same manner.

Here is a list of reviews that I have completed.
